Coin lockers are available on the first floor of Foot Town (fee required).
Operating hours: 9:00 - 23:00 (limited to one day use)

Reservations must be made by 17:00 on the day of use.

Voucher Expiration Dates:
・Tokyo Tower Admission Ticket: Can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
・Tokyo Tower Bungee VR: Valid only on the reserved date and time (until 17:30 on the day of reservation).

Q: Can I purchase the Tokyo Tower Main Deck (150m) Admission Ticket and the Tokyo Tower Bungee VR Experience separately?
A: This product is only available as a set on this website. If you wish to purchase the items separately, please visit the venue on the day of the event and check in as usual.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Sorry, the booking can't be canceled or changed.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a QR code in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the QR code on your smartphone to collect a ticket.

Q: How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
A: Voucher with a QR code will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.
