I had some difficulties reaching the local operator in the beginning but the Pelago Customer support staff was very prompt to support me. The driver assigned to me, Imam, was very friendly and speaks good English. He contacted me the night before to confirm the pick up time and location. He was very flexible with the timing during the program, giving us more time when we needed to. He also recommended the eating place during lunch. The jeep driver, Fajar, was very helpful and took really great pictures for us. We really enjoyed the entire experience.

Our driver Yuni was a great host and had lots to share about the history and origins of Jogja and the attractions we were visiting.

The driver/guide, Yuni, speaks good English and was very clear with his instructions to ensure that each segment of the tour went well. He even recommended what to do and highlighted tips to make the tour more enjoyable. He provides a good overview of each tour and even arranged for lunch at an appropriate time.

Amazing day spent with our driver/guide Abang! He is has shared with us so much about Yogyakarta. Fun guy to chat with too! Glad to have met him during this trip. Will definitely love to meet him again if we have a chance to return to Yogyakarta. Itinerary went smoothly for the day and we covered the activities with no hiccups.
