Highlights
Mexican Gastronomy was recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in November 2010, by UNESCO.
For me, it is a pleasure to show part of the Mexican cultural heritage; based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist.
If travelers so wish, they are taken on a tour of the local market where they can view fresh produce at its best.
We will teach them to make the most traditional dishes of Mexican cuisine, where they will be able to use techniques inherited from generations.

They will be provided with supplies and a note sheet, in this class the procedure will be explained step by step and we will soak them in the history of Mexican culture.
