Where to meet

We will pick you up from your city centre hotel. Wait out the front of the
hotel and look for the Urban Tours bus. You will receive the pick up time the
day prior.

committed to ensuring all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience,
and we'll do our best to accommodate any specific needs.

Cancellations

At Urban Tours we know things happen which is why we offer flexible
cancellation conditions. If you do need to cancel, please email us outside of
12 hours from your booking at info@urbantours.com.au

In case of cancellation within 12 hours of your booking time slot or you are a
no show, unfortunately no refund can be given. Please note that if you have
booked through a third party, their cancellations conditions apply.
