to a local charity. Last quarter we donated more than $400. Your booking
helps make a positive impact right here in Brisbane!

Where to meet

We will pick you up at the hotel you have selected during booking. The time
will be between 8.35am and 9.00am with a more exact time emailed through the
night prior.

** Accessibility Requirements**

If you have any accessibility requirements or need assistance during your
experience, please don't hesitate to reach out to the team beforehand. We are
committed to ensuring all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience,
and we'll do our best to accommodate any specific needs.

Cancellations

At Urban Tours, we understand that plans can change, which is why we offer
flexible cancellation conditions. If you have booked direct and need to
cancel, please contact us via email at info@urbantours.com.au at least 12
hours prior to your scheduled booking time. If you have booked through a
third party, their cancellation conditions vary and override our direct
booking policy.

Please note that the booking fee and any credit card processing fees are non-
refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.

If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled tour or fail to show up,
unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
