Office hours Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, to confirm bookings.
A surcharge of NZD $50 per item applies to any luggage over 5 feet (1.5m) in length on Raro Tours airport and hotel transfers. This includes surfboards, paddleboards, bicycles and similar sporting or recreational equipment. Please let us know about any oversized items at the time of booking, so we can allocate a suitable vehicle and avoid delays on the day of travel.
