— Ticket Types —

Adult tickets are for individuals taller than 150cm.

Child tickets are for children between 1.2m and 1.5m in height (subject to on-
site measurement).

Senior tickets are for individuals aged 65 to 69 (subject to valid ID).

Each paying adult may bring one child under 1.2m for free (subject to on-site
measurement). Seniors aged 70 and above can enter for free upon presentation
of a valid ID.

How to Get There:

① From Shenzhen Bay Port: Take Metro Line 13 to 'Keyuan' Station, transfer to
Metro Line 8 to 'Window of the World' Station, Exit J / Approx. 15 minutes by
taxi.

② From Luohu Port: Take Metro Line 1 to 'Window of the World' Station, Exit J
/ Approx. 30 minutes by taxi.

③ From Futian Port: Take Metro Line 4 to 'Convention & Exhibition Center'
Station, transfer to Metro Line 1 to 'Window of the World' Station, Exit J /
Approx. 25 minutes by taxi.

— Important Notes —

Tickets must be used on the specified date; no changes or refunds will be
provided for expired tickets.

Valid non-Mainland Chinese resident identification must be presented for
entry. The park reserves the right to deny entry if valid documentation cannot
be provided.

If the ticket holder does not meet the eligibility criteria for the ticket
type, they will not be able to use it and must purchase a new ticket for
entry.

Full-day park tickets are valid for one-time entry on the day of use only. Re-
entry requires a new ticket. Tickets do not include additional self-paid
attractions within the park (e.g., Alpine Ski Resort, park electric carts,
rock climbing, Tower sightseeing, etc.).

The park parking lot provides charging stations. Parking is free for the first
2 hours. Small vehicles: ¥20/entry; Large vehicles: ¥40/entry.

Visitors should participate in high-altitude, high-speed, or other high-risk
activities based on their own physical condition.

Due to weather, maintenance, or other reasons, the operation of attractions
and performance schedules are subject to on-site announcements.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once confirmed, tickets
cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

All photos are for reference only. The park or exhibition venue reserves the
right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without
prior notice.

The park or exhibition venue reserves the right to revise blackout dates at
any time. The sale of tickets, provision of guided tours, and guest entry to
the park or exhibition venue are subject to these terms and conditions and the
park or exhibition venue rules.

Different attractions or facilities within the park or exhibition venue have
specific age, height, or usage restrictions. Users must comply with the rules
of individual attractions and the instructions of on-site staff.

The park or exhibition venue reserves the right to suspend the operation of
any rides or facilities listed due to maintenance or other reasons without
prior notice.

Due to park or exhibition venue capacity, inclement weather, special events,
safety, security, or order, or if the park or exhibition venue deems it
necessary based on the situation, the park or exhibition venue may change
operating hours, temporarily close the park or any part thereof, limit the
number of people entering the park, and/or suspend any rides or cancel any
entertainment programs from time to time without prior notice, and no refunds
or compensation will be provided. Tickets, guided tours, offers, or promotions
cannot be resold, transferred, refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash in whole
or in part, or exchanged for other products or discounts, and cannot be used
in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.

If a valid ID cannot be presented, you must purchase a new ticket on your own
to enter.

Applicable to non-Mainland Chinese residents only. If the ticket package is
damaged, torn, altered, or the barcode is scratched, it will be considered
void. Customers must check the quantity of the ticket package upon redemption;
no exchanges or refunds will be provided.

All participants must confirm they hold a valid non-Mainland passport or Exit-
Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

The merchant will not be liable for any form of refund or compensation if
entry is denied due to documentation or personal issues.
