First of all, let me say we’ve done many catamaran snorkeling tours on different islands, and we’ve always enjoyed just being out on the water. This particular tour isn’t designed for spotting a wide variety of colorful fish—it’s all about the sea turtles. And trust me, you will see them! They even guarantee it. So cool! The reason I didn’t give this tour 5 stars is due to the attitudes of some of the crew. The captain was wonderful—friendly and always smiling—but the two women working on the boat didn’t seem very enthusiastic that day. The shorter one with curly hair, in particular, came across as a bit unfriendly. I understand everyone has an off day, but in the service industry, a warm and welcoming attitude really makes a difference—especially when guests are on vacation and hoping to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
