    I viaggiatori visiteranno un'antica acetaia famigliare. L'acetaia è situata all'ultimo piano della casa della famiglia, un luogo nel cuore della campagna emiliana tra Modena e Bologna. I visitatori scopriranno gli usi, le tradizioni, i processi per fare l'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena dop. Conosceranno quindi perchè i modenesi amano così tanto questo prodotto e, alla fine della spiegazione, lo assaggeranno nei diversi invecchiamenti.
