• Adult and child fares are the same, and children aged 3 and older can use the service.
• For join tours, the minimum number of participants is 4 adults.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you individually up to 2 days prior to the trip with a full refund or a date change.
• Luggage may be stored in the vehicle. However, please keep your valuables safe, as we are not responsible for any loss.
  
• The schedule is excluded on the second Wednesday of every month due to cleaning of Tumalog Falls. (Dates subject to change)
• There is no separate changing room, so you must change in the restroom.
• You can take a quick shower after the event.
• It is difficult to proceed with the tour for pregnant women.
• It is difficult to proceed with the tour if you have respiratory diseases or a history of surgery.
• For safety reasons, it is difficult to proceed with the tour for those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs.
• Please exercise caution when using water activities if you have a systemic condition or are not in good physical or mental condition, and please inquire when making a reservation.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid acting independently in areas without safety personnel.
  
• You are not allowed to drink alcohol during the tour.
• We will notify you separately if any additional charges apply.
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and we will notify you individually if the event cannot proceed.
• Partial refunds are not available if the duration is shortened or the schedule is changed due to reasons such as natural disasters.
• If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables safe and take care not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• Injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance, so please bring receipts for any medical treatment received locally.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (such as pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
