When you book, you will receive an automatic confirmation. At this time, our team will record your travel details (flight, hotel and schedules) to begin logistics planning.

2. (24 - 48 hours before)
A day or two before your trip, we formally assign your vehicle and driver. We check everything is in order and prepare your itinerary details to ensure maximum punctuality.

3. On Travel Day we do a Real Time Monitoring
*If you arrive at the airport: We monitor the status of your flight minute by minute. If you are ahead or late, we adjust the pickup automatically; your driver will always be on time.
*If departing from a hotel: The driver will travel in advance to your accommodationarriving about 15 minutes before the pick-up time, guaranteeing to be in the lobby at the exact and agreed time.

4. The Encounter.
*At the airport: Upon leaving the terminal (after customs and luggage), our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name and our company logo.
*At the Hotel : The driver will be identified at the front desk and we will be waiting with a sign to your name in the lobby.

5. Welcome and Comfortable Transfer
The driver will help you with the handling of your luggage, safely accommodating you in the trunk. Once aboard our air-conditioned vehicle, you can relax, enjoy the ride and use the Wi-Fi and amenities available while traveling safely, plus some Drinks to refresh yourself.

6. Arrival at Destination
Upon arrival at your destination (hotel, airport or private address), the driver will park in a secure area, assist you again with luggage and ensure that you do not forget any personal items in the vehicle, ending a first class service.
