STEP 1 — After Booking:
As soon as you reserve, you get full confirmation by email. One day before your arrival, we contact you to confirm flight time, exact pickup details, and everything you need to know.

STEP 2 — Arrival & Pickup:
Upon landing at Punta Cana International Airport, we track your flight in real time — if it is delayed or arrives early, WE WAIT FOR YOU AT NO EXTRA COST. Our representative waits right outside the main exit, after baggage claim and customs. You recognize us easily: we hold a clear sign with PUNTA CANA TRANSPORT logo and your full name. Even if we had no prior contact, we will be there waiting for you with your name and logo visible — we never miss a booking.

STEP 3 — The Ride:
You are taken directly to your private, clean, air-conditioned vehicle. We assist with all luggage. *Route is ALWAYS DIRECT — no stops, no detours, no extra drops straight to your hotel or destination. Travel time: 20–45 minutes depending on your hotel zone.

STEP 4 — Drop-off:
We take you right to the main entrance or lobby of your exact hotel or resort. Service ends safely at your destination.
