It is an 88-meter-deep hotel, built vertically along the precipice of an underground, water-filled quarry. The quarry was artificially created since 1950. It is now located in Songjiang district. The main building of Shimao Quarry Hotel has 21 stories; two of them are underwater. We will visit the exterior of the hotel from the glass bridge in the fairyland.Shanghai Tower

The 118th floor of the tower has a indoor observation deck which is the world's highest indoor observation deck and called the 'Top of Shanghai Observatory'. Tourists are recommended to visit the exhibition hall on floor B1 first, and then take the express elevator to the 118th floor directly within only 55 seconds, its speed can reach 18 meters per second.
