- During the opening hours of the Fukuoka store on your chosen date, you may enter at any time (the latest entry time is 30 minutes before closing).
- Purchased at Makuhari New City store, the item can be used in-store within six months.
- Depending on the ticket category, you may be required to show identification; failure to do so may result in a ticket price adjustment or refusal of entry.
- Children under primary school age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older (the accompanying person also needs to pay for admission).
- Each protector may bring up to 3 children into the venue.

Easy to use and seems like only Pelago can get the Moff cafe ticket. Small indoor petting but still nice to see sloth which we don't get to see elsewhere so near.
