Must Know
Prams, strollers, large luggage, and certain gear are prohibited on the Jetty Train and in the Observatory. Children under 3 must sit on an adult's lap. No re-entry allowed. Accessibility is limited; train seating is unreserved.
Pre Purchase
Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult 18+ during the Jetty Train and Observatory tour. Children under 3 ride free.
Usage
Arrive at the Busselton foreshore 30 minutes prior to your booking. Check-in and collect tickets at the Interpretive Centre, the blue building at the Jetty's shore end. Complete check-in at least 15 minutes before your train or tour time. The train departs from the Interpretive Centre, located at 15 Foreshore Parade, Busselton WA 6280, Australia. Parking is available 50 to 100 meters away from the Jetty.

We drove 3 hours to Busselton Jetty and was told the tour was cancelled and they informed everyone beforehand. However, we received no emails or calls. Apparently, they attempted to contact us, but Pelago did not provide ANY customer information to them, hence they could not reach us. I tried to get a refund on Pelago but the chatbot said no cancellations allowed. Total waste of my trip here. First and last time using Pelago.
