Vouchers were easy to redeem, just go directly to the salasar deli and the host will take you to your table. The lounge staffs were accommodating and helpful. The view was amazing and the food was good too.

Redemption was convenient. Made an additional inquiry with the concierge at Apurva to confirm the date. Dessert selection were value for the price. Definitely a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

High quality pastries buffet style, all very tasty and pretty looking. Coffee tea and jamu also high quality. We enjoy the high tea with magnificent views, very friendly also helpful staffs. They are so lovely and go above to ensure we had a great experience. We def recommend apurva to everyone!

In terms of service, there's no doubt for Kempinski staff, they assisted us with care and passion :) We loved our time there, and enjoyed our quality time while having afternoon tea. They offered various dessert choice and beverages. Really great experience, would love to come back again some time.
