By completing a valid reservation you will give us the opportunity to pick you up inside the port of Civitavecchia where large cruise ships dock. Thanks to our special access permits we can get under your ship. For this reason it is important to also specify the name of the ship. When you get off the ship at the time scheduled in your reservation, you will find our driver waiting for you with a name recognition sign. He will help you with transporting your luggage to the vehicle, which is still parked in the immediate vicinity of the ship. The driver is trained to take you by the fastest and safest way to your final destination in Rome.
If you have problems call the driver's number right away if you have it, or call the number indicated on the voucher so we can give directions to the driver. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.
