• This ticket allows you to board only the reserved ropeway time slot between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm on your selected date. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged for other time slots, even in cases of delayed or early arrival.
  
• Refunds (cancellations) are available until 11:59 pm on the day of use. To request a refund, please contact the customer service center of the ticket seller directly. Refunds cannot be processed after this time, so please check carefully before purchasing.
  
• If the ropeway is unavailable due to reasons such as suspension of operations caused by bad weather or capacity restrictions on the day of use, please contact the customer service center of the ticket seller directly to request a refund.
  
• Advance tickets can be purchased up to 90 days in advance and up until 11:59 on the day of your intended use.
• If you wish to change the date of use after purchase, you can do so up to 90 days in the future.
  
• If there are any discounts available for your ticket, you will need to purchase it at the ticket office on-site as a same-day ticket.
  
• Advance reservations are not available for groups (domestic travel agencies (accounts/ship tickets) and overseas groups). However, groups who waive group discounts and ship ticket payments can purchase tickets by making advance reservations.
  
• Please be sure to present your QR code at the ticket counter on the 4th floor of Sanroku Station at least 15 minutes before your intended use (ropeway departure time) to exchange it for a paper ticket.
