- Ho Chi Minh City – Tan Son Nhat Intl. Airport (SGN) T2, Vinaphone Counter (Arrivals, 1st Floor): Daily 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Hanoi – Noi Bai Intl. Airport (HAN), Vietnam Tourist SIM Counter (Arrivals, 2nd Floor): Daily 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Lunar New Year (Jan 27 – Feb 2): 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM.
- Nha Trang – Cam Ranh Intl. Airport (CXR), Money Exchange SIM Card Shop (Arrivals, near Carousel 1 or 4): 24 hours, daily.
- Da Nang – Da Nang Intl. Airport (DAD), LUMINA VIETNAM CO., LTD Counter (Arrivals, near Carousel 2): Daily 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM.
Must Know
- Natural day system (Vietnam time): Usage counts by calendar days from activation (e.g., activate Jun 1 at 10:00 PM → valid until Jun 3 at 11:59 PM for a 3-day plan).
- First day starts on collection: The collection day counts as Day 1.
- Airport/Plan limits: At Ho Chi Minh (SGN), plans include a local number with incoming calls & SMS; at Hanoi (HAN) / Nha Trang (CXR), the Unlimited plan is data-only (15-day plan not available); at Da Nang (DAD), the 10GB/day plan is data-only.
- GRAB login: Do not register this SIM’s Vietnam number with GRAB. Pre-register GRAB using your Google account before travel.
- No roaming; service is for use within Vietnam only.

Very smooth and quick. Very nice girls at Vinaphone airport attended me. The SIM card is working wonderful.
Sim works great book
Pick up was smooth at the arrivals hall after clearing immigration. Data was fast and reliable, used it over my hotel’s WiFi.
The instructions from Pelago for collection is not very clear. There are a lot SIM booth at arrival hall and you have to ask. The data stability is OK.
I was at the airport at 7 pm and the shop is closed. Asked to collect tomorrow. Who will do that?
