• The driver will wait up to 45 minutes for airport arrivals and 15 minutes for hotel pick-ups. If delayed, contact us to check the driver's availability. An additional $1.50 per 30 minutes will apply for extra waiting.

• Notify us at least 3 hours in advance if unexpected delays occur to avoid charges.

• For hotel pick-ups, please wait in the lobby.
