The Tour departs from Big Bus Stop #1: Neptune Fountain located on Plaza de Canovas del Castillo, Centro, 28014 Madrid. The departure point is located at the tourist bus stop in front of the Madrid Tourist kiosk. Look out for the Tour Guide wearing a Big Bus uniform. The nearest subway station is Banco de España, L2. Space available for prams and luggage, but please note that you will need to take it with you once we arrive at the destination. Coaches do not have toilets.
