• All Children 8-12 years must be in a double kayak with an adult
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a fare paying adult
• Our experiences operate in all types of weather conditions, including rain and wind. Should the weather be deemed unsafe to operate by management, our office will contact you via email or SMS as soon as possible to reschedule your booking. If you do not receive a notification from us prior to your session, you may safely assume that your experience will be going ahead. Unfortunately, there may be some instances where bursts of extreme weather are not as forecast, which may result in the session being cancelled upon arrival.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of selection.

Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
