Pleasant driver, clean car.
Staff was very responsive
The pick up description is vague and after booking was only informed the day before that the service is for a hotel pick up and not an airport pickup. Palego therefore would not refund the money for the service, becareful of their refund policy.
The driver drove well; however we had to wait almost 20 minutes before he arrived, which I feel was unnecessary. faster to just take a Grab instead.
