Try a unique wine and food experience in the charming Cantina & Bottega, a 16th century cellar, renovated and converted into a restaurant. First of all, you will learn how to taste and recognize an high quality extra virgin olive oil. A wine tasting will follow the olive oil tasting: three kinds of local wines will be matched to local organic products (cured meats and cheeses). This experience focuses on natural wines which come from organic and biodynamic agriculture and are not chemically processed during the wine making process.
