It is the eastern starting point of the Great Wall built in the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), and is also the only section on the sea.The whole Wall is considered a huge dragon winding through China, while Laolongtou is just like the head of the dragon stretching into the Bohai Sea. Explore here 1-2 hours accompanied by your guide. Afterwards, transfer back to Beijing downtown.
