- BKK Meeting Point: Arrival Hall Exit 3 (2nd Floor), opposite the Airport Information Counter. Please look for your name sign.
- DMK International Flight: Arrival Hall Exit 5 (1st Floor).
- DMK Domestic Flight: Arrival Hall Exit 11 (1st Floor).
- Airport Waiting Time: 30 minutes buffer from flight arrival time plus 1 hour free waiting time (total 1.5 hours).
- Hotel Pickup: Hotel lobby with 30 minutes waiting time.
Must Know
- Price is per vehicle.
- Flight number and full flight details or hotel information are required before checkout.
- Transfer from hotel to airport must be booked at least 3 hours before departure time.
- Additional waiting time is charged at THB300 per hour.
- Extra stops or sudden location changes without prior agreement will incur additional charges payable in cash (THB).
- One baby seat can be provided free of charge (subject to availability). A second baby seat costs THB200 (subject to availability).
