Awesome and the crews was professional and patiently guiding my wife though her English was not good.
When the NZONE skydiving is cancel. NZONE mention I need to get the refund from pelago. I contact pelago and told Cindy who is the person liase with me. She told me she will check with NZONE and do not accept the email from NZONE . What kinda of customer service and attitude is this. She even close the case and resolve it by her own and do not want to refund me. Luckily NZONE email pelago and explain to pelago and finally they refund me. If possible don't book from pelago coz their customer service is really bad
