Discover birthstones from around the world, examine ancient fossils, and learn about gems formed beyond our planet. - The Space Glow Room is located on Level 3 of The Gem Museum.
- The experience is self-guided, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace.
- One Longwave UV torch is provided as a complimentary rental and must be returned at the end of the visit.
- Do not shine the UV torch directly into anyone's eyes or face.
- Gemstones, fossils, and other specimens must not be touched or removed.
- The admission ticket covers the Space Glow Room only. Other museum experiences, including Break a Geode, are sold separately.
- Visitors who are feeling unwell are advised to wear a mask.
- Students must present a valid student ID at the front counter upon entry.
- Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children must not shine the UV torch directly into anyone's eyes or face.
- Children must follow all museum safety rules, including not touching or removing specimens.
- Mobile or printed booking voucher for redemption.
- Valid student ID, if applicable.
- Face mask if feeling unwell.
- Washroom facilities are available at The Gem Museum.

- Tickets are valid for the selected date only.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time, subject to the operator's stated cutoff.
- For example, if the activity date is 22 June 2026, free cancellation is permitted until 11:59 PM on 20 June 2026.

- Collect your complimentary Longwave UV torch from the front counter before proceeding to the Level 3 Space Glow Room.
- The voucher is valid only for the selected date.
