The total distance of a chartered car is limited to 300 kilometers. If it exceeds the limit, an additional fee will be charged. The car dealer will determine the amount of the additional fee based on the itinerary provided by the passenger.

Japanese law stipulates that all children under 6 years old must use child safety seats (children must occupy 1–1.5 seats). Please inform the number of child safety seats required in advance. One safety seat will be provided free of charge. Please note that there is an additional charge of JPY2,000, payable to the driver before boarding the bus.

Overtime chartering incurs an additional charge of JPY2,000 per 30 minutes. Please pay the fee with the driver before disembarking. The duration is calculated from the scheduled boarding time to the conclusion of the trip.

A late-night charter (10:00 pm–6:00 am) incurs an additional charge of JPY2,500 per 30 minutes. Please make the payment to the driver before boarding. The duration is calculated from the scheduled boarding time to the conclusion of the trip.

Eating and drinking may inconvenience other passengers as some people are sensitive to food odors, and residues can compromise the cleanliness and hygiene of the carriage. To ensure the overall comfort of the environment, please refrain from eating or drinking inside the carriage. Cleaning fees may be charged if the carriage is left dirty.
