- Chongqing Pass is a single-use prepaid card issued by Chongqing Urban Transport Card Payment Co., Ltd. This card can be recharged and reused, it is anonymous, non-lossable, non-withdrawable, and non-refundable once issued. The maximum balance limit for the electronic wallet inside the card is 1000 yuan.
Chongqing Pass Usage Range
This card can be used for public transportation in the city, including buses, metro, Yangtze cableway, and Crown Escalator.
Chongqing Pass Recharge Methods
If the balance is insufficient, you can recharge at the self-operated outlets (see the attached list), at artificial/self-service machines inside metro stations, or by downloading the “Yutongxing” app and using NFC card recharge.
Chongqing Pass Usage Rules
The customized card is not registered, non-replaceable. If the card is malfunctioning, the cardholder can contact the customer service hotline at 95105111 for inquiries and follow the service rules. The card number is the only identification standard for processing various services of the company.
