Restrictions
- The venue is dark, with many areas of uneven terrain and unstable footing. If you fall under any of the following categories, you may not be able to experience the venue safely:
- Pregnant
- Using a wheelchair or cane
- Having difficulty walking independently
- Carrying a child
- Wearing footwear with unstable soles - Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult can accompany up to three children, and the accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket.
- For safety reasons, we cannot admit individuals who are in poor health or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- We suggest wearing comfortable and supportive footwear for your visit, such as athletic shoes. Given the areas with unstable footing, clothing that allows ease of movement is also recommended.

- Depending on the situation inside the venue, you may be asked to wait before entering or using the facilities.
- Using flash while taking photographs is not allowed.
- Strollers are prohibited inside. Please use designated stroller parking on the 3rd floor.
- Except for assistance dogs, no other animals are permitted to enter.

3 歳以下のお子様は、有料の大人が同伴する場合に限り無料で入場できます。
退場後の再入場はできません。
ピーク時は入口に行列ができる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
12 歳以下のお子様のご入場には、20 歳以上の保護者の同伴が必要です。保護者1名につきお子様3名まで同伴可能（保護者がチケットを購入する必要があります）。
インタラクティブな美術館のため、妊娠中の方、お子様を連れている方、車椅子や杖を使用されている方、介助なしで歩くことができない方は、作品の移動が困難になる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
運動の森では、滑りにくく歩きやすい靴でお越しください。凹凸のある地面に適さないハイヒール、サンダル、下駄などの着用は避けてください。
