Voucher Validity

• The voucher is valid for 14 days from the booking date.

• The experience must be used within the voucher validity period.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in.

Rescheduling & Late Arrival

• Changes or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time without refund.

• No-shows are considered used and non-refundable.
