This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
As temperatures can drop during the Starry Sky Night Tour, please bring an extra layer. Bringing a flashlight is also recommended.
Depending on weather conditions, stars may be difficult to see or not visible at all.
If stargazing cannot take place due to rain, an indoor presentation using video materials will be provided instead.
If the ropeway for the Night Tour is suspended due to weather conditions, souvenirs will be provided and no refunds will be issued.
To allow all guests to fully enjoy the hot spring facilities, guest rooms are not equipped with private baths.
