Punctuality and Prior Notice Please be sure to arrive by the meeting time. Final Confirmation We will contact you with details such as the meeting place and time by the day before the tour to your registered phone number or email address. If you request a pick-up from a hotel on Iriomote Island, the meeting time will differ from the displayed time. To inform you of the exact meeting time the day before, please be sure to contact us using the method stated on your ticket. Participation Requirements The target age is 6 to 59 years old. Pregnant women, children under 6 years old, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult with us in advance. For Those with Concerns If you are worried about your physical fitness or have a fear of the ocean or rivers, please consult with us in advance. Equipment and Safety Wearing a life jacket and helmet is mandatory for activities in the water. If you refuse to wear them, you will not be allowed to participate. To ensure safety, please strictly follow the guide's instructions. Regarding Weather Tours will generally proceed even in the rain. However, if the field conditions are deemed dangerous, the tour may be canceled. Clothing and Preparation Please participate in clothes that you do not mind getting wet.
