Itinerary
After booking the customer will receive email confirmation. 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time the customer will receive an email with driver's info. On the day of the service the customer will receive a text message notifying that the driver is on the way as well that the driver has arrived to the pickup location.
Hotel / Private Residence pickup:
The car will be outside the main lobby or the address of the private residence up to 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The customer will receive a text message with vehicle description when the driver arrives. All pickups have complementary 15 minute waiting time.
