Very seamless booking and communication with the agency. Agency will send respective QR codes and will share map and tips on how to best enjoy the visit.
Great! I made a last minute decision to visit Summer Palace just the day before, and I have the visit planned for 9 am. They helped me secure the QR codes very quickly just before the tour started, and what I was surprised was the series of messages providing very detailed guides on how I should go about the tour and what I should see.
