- Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Last entry is at 7:00 PM.
- By TransJakarta Bus: Take Corridor 9 (Pinang Ranti - Pluit) and get off at Central Park Bus Stop. The aquarium is inside Neo Soho Mall.
- By Car: Follow Jl. Letjen S. Parman and enter the Neo Soho Mall parking area.
- Tickets are valid only on the selected visit date and cannot be rescheduled.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the aquarium.
- Flash photography is prohibited in certain areas to protect the animals.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you leave, except for specific Premium ticket holders within the first 4 hours.
- Adult tickets apply to visitors aged 7 years and above or those taller than 120 cm.
- Child tickets apply to visitors aged 2 to 6 years with a maximum height of 120 cm.
- International tickets are valid for all nationalities; local tickets may require MyKAD or local ID verification.
- Free entry is available for infants under 2 years old.
- Children aged 2 to 6 years or under 120 cm require a child ticket.
- Children over 120 cm or aged 7+ must purchase an adult ticket.
