普段着のまま、水深3～5メートルの海底を自然に泳ぐ魚たちに出会える施設です。海底から見上げるのはダイビングでしか体験できない世界で、子どもやお年寄り、車椅子の方でも乗れるリフトもあるので、手軽に海中の世界の一部を見ることができます。確認できる魚の種類は140種類以上、季節や時間によって見られる魚は異なりますが、平均すると約60種類が確認できます。また、ウミガメは年間30回ほど確認できるので、日や時間ごとに海の表情を楽しむことができます。平均透明度は夏場は15～20メートル、冬場は20～25メートルで、海況が良ければ40メートル先以上も見通せます。
