My 1st time using airport transfer in Ho CHi Minh. Normally I will grab to hotel. Since that day was New Year's Eve, I expect traffic jam and may longer to grab to city. I felt that I need to book a airport transfer would be safer. True enough, it was a excellent idea. There was a staff holding your name outside the airport. He directed us to wait for 5 minutes and car arrived and drove us safely to our hotel.

Neat car nice driver. Booked 4 pieces of luggage and it only just fit. Otherwise no issss

My name was at Pillar 7, and the person was there told me to wait whilst he called the driver. Within a few minutes I was in the car and on my way to hotel. Totally recommend this instead of getting grab from airport to hotel as it will be quite hard to spot your grab car

False advertising. We booked a 9 seater bus and got stuck with a normal van that jammed all our luggage

Never picked us up, stuck with family with two young children. Waited for 30mins walked up and Down trying to find our name. Zero communication, tried to call the support number, nothing. Trying to get a refund now being ignored.
