After meeting your fellow classmates, our expert chef will explain the key ingredients and cooking techniques for making fresh pasta. Together, everyone will knead and shape their pasta dough, before moving on to cook an accompanying seasonal sauce and other local dishes. After the cooking, we'll relax and enjoy our delicious pasta in an Italian family-style meal. Please note the pick-up location and time may change depending on the weather.
