Itinerary

Toubkal Summit - Day 1

  • Mount Toubkal

    12 hoursAdmission Ticket Free
    Day 1 : Marrakech – Imlil 1740m – Toubkal Refuge 3207m. We will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech, and drive towards Imlil and the Toubkal National Park area from where you will start the trek. Enjoy the valley of Aït Mizane, towards the village of Aremd then the sanctuary of Sidi Chamarouch and the nearby waterfall. Continue to the Toubkal refuge (3207 m) where you will spend the night (4-5 hours of walking). Recap: Early in the morning: pick-up time from your hotel in Marrakech 10:00 Departure towards Toubkal refuge 13:00 Lunch in the lap of nature 16:00 Arrive at the Toubkal refuge 16:00-20:00 free time 20:00 dinner

    Mount Toubkal (4167m) is the highest peak in North Africa and allows a trekking experience to the peak without climbing. Enjoy amazing views of the Atlas Mountains, valleys and Berber Villages. Recap of the day: 5:00 Wake up and eat breakfast 6:00 Start to climb to the top of Toubkal 9:00 Reach the summit and take souvenir photos 9:30 Go down to the shelter 12:00 Lunch at the shelter 16:00 Arrival in Imlil, spend the night in our guesthouse in Armed village
