The trip was postponed by the provider but she was able to accommodate the new date and made sure I got the ticket at the berth 2 booth.
Good overall experience, must do things in Melbourne
Good experience, nice way to spend an afternoon outside of Melbourne CBD. Only thing to note (not the fault of the operator, more to do with Pelago) is make sure you arrive at the booth at Berth 2 and redeem a printed (receipt) ticket. Just simply give them the name that you booked with on here and they will have it on record.
