• The minimum number of participants for a joint tour is 4 adults, and the minimum number of participants for a private tour is 2 adults.
  
• If the minimum number of participants is not met for a join tour, we will notify you individually 2 to 3 days before the tour.
  
• We will provide a 100% refund if the joint tour is canceled due to insufficient bookings.
  
• There are no separate changing rooms or shower facilities. (Please wear swimwear in advance.)
• Separate luggage and baggage storage is available (stored in our lounge after pickup).
• The banca used for the island hopping tour is a traditional Filipino banca, so it may be somewhat noisy. (Earplugs provided)
  
• After arriving at Balicasag Point, transfer to a small boat and move to Turtle Point.
• Bohol Coast Guide (Operation status determined by the Coast Guard based on weather and waves on the day. (May be cancelled prior to departure)
  
• The departure date and time are subject to change depending on local conditions.
• The tour will proceed even in rainy weather.
• If you have a history of respiratory diseases or surgery, please inquire when making a reservation.
  
• If you need to wear hearing aids or earplugs, please inquire when making a reservation for safety reasons.
  
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid individual activities in areas without safety personnel.
  
• Those who have a hangover or have consumed alcohol on the day cannot participate.
• As this is a water activity, please exercise caution if you have a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition, and please consult with us in advance.
  
• You may not participate if your health condition on the day is deemed to pose a health risk.
• Children's life vests and snorkeling equipment are provided, but as the gear may not fit all children, we recommend bringing your own.
• Compensation is not available for photo shake, quality, quantity, camera defects, or photo loss when renting an underwater camera.
• We will notify you separately if any additional charges apply.
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and we will notify you individually if the event cannot proceed.
• Partial refunds are not available if the duration is shortened or the schedule is changed due to reasons such as natural disasters.
  
• If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables safe and take care not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• Injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance, so please bring receipts for any medical treatment received locally.
  
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (such as pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
• Our company is responsible for providing information regarding this independent travel package, while the actual trip is conducted through local operators.
