unable to use tickets. staff told me tickets have been used on 26 sept even though i purchased the tickets for use on 9 oct.
The set design and experience were detailed and immersive. It was my first time attending Halloween Horror Night, and I had an amazing time. However, the queues there were extremely long (1.5-2hr waiting time), and it was quite stuffy and hot in the queue. If you enter after 7 pm, it's highly unlikely you can complete all 4 haunted houses and both scare zones. I entered at 7:30 pm on 26 Sept (Fri night) and only managed to go to 3 out of 4 houses and 1 out of 2 scare zones.
