I had an absolutely memorable experience on the Great Ocean Road Small-Group Eco Tour with Go West Tours, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, Alisha! From the very beginning, Alisha went out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. I really appreciated how she took the effort to remember the names and nationalities of all the tour group members, it created such a warm and inclusive atmosphere throughout the trip. Despite the cold and wet weather conditions, Alisha remained energetic, cheerful, and fully committed to giving us the best possible experience.
