Dear Passenger, If you have a confirmed reservation and wish to change the duration of your ticket, we request that you first cancel the current reservation and then generate a new one. This is necessary because the QR code is automatically issued with each new reservation and if you modify your existing one, you will not receive the updated QR.
If you have a confirmed reservation and wish to add more passengers, we kindly ask that you make a new reservation for the additional people instead of modifying the existing one. This is necessary because the QR code is automatically generated with each reservation. If the original reservation is modified, the QR code will not update to reflect the new number of passengers.
The walking tour is a free and optional activity that operates on a voluntary payment system for the guide. To reconfirm the schedule for each tour, please contact the guide on board the bus. To participate, you must arrive at the corresponding stop. It is subject to weather and operating conditions. No refund will be issued if the tour is not taken.
Important notice: Due to public works and associated road closures, bus stops 16 (Costanera Norte), 17 (Monumento Cristóbal Colón), and 18 (Parque de la Memoria) are suspended indefinitely. These stops will resume service once traffic returns to normal in the area.
To use and validate your ticket, you must download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' app to your mobile device, available on Google Play and the App Store. Once downloaded, enter your reservation number to obtain the corresponding QR codes (one per person). These QR codes serve as your access tickets and must be presented when boarding the bus.
We recommend downloading the app in advance and connecting to a Wi-Fi network to pre-download the audio guide and map. This way, you can use its main features during your tour of the city, even without an internet connection.
From the app, you can also check the real-time location of the buses, access information on all stops, and listen to the audio guide, available directly in the app. Remember to bring your own headphones, as the audio guide will play from your mobile device through the app.
