Usage
Please arrive to the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of your tour
Show your smartphone ticket to your guide
Your guide is responsible for attaining Plaza tickets, which they will distribute at the beginning of the tour
The meeting point is at Subway station Baumwall (exit towards Kehrwiederspitze/ entrance Kehrwiederspitze). At the foot of the stairs, in front of the "Back Shop" (kiosk) under the railroad bridge

The Elbphilharmonie reserves the right in rare, special cases (mainly for security reasons) not to grant access to the Plaza. There is not a guarantee that the tour can take place on the Elbphilharmonie Plaza by the guides. In this case the partial amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
