Great lounge with nice facilities. We had a stop over in Dubai and we spend 3 hours in the lounge. Nice atmosphere, shower facilities good breakfast and lunch. I recommend....

So Singapore Airlines sells this lounge access via KrisFlyer but neglects to advise that the lounge is in Dubai Terminal 3, and the Singapore Airlines flight departs from Terminal 1. Crazy situation! 40 minutes walk between locations. Impossible to use the lounge we paid for using KrisFlyer points. Complete waste of KrisFlyer points. Complete hassle trying to work it out at the airport. Singapore Airlines has a problem if KrisFlyer can't work out that it places the customer in an impossible situation (we think it's reasonable to assume that Singapore Airlines/KrisFlyer would only sell lounge access in the terminal the Singapore Airlines flight departs from) and takes the points anyway.
