Great lounge with nice facilities. We had a stop over in Dubai and we spend 3 hours in the lounge. Nice atmosphere, shower facilities good breakfast and lunch. I recommend....

A comfortable quiet lounge area. Food options were quite limited but of good quality. Tea/coffee and pop was freely available. Wine was acceptable however the smallest portions possible were supplied, around a third of a small glass.
I wasn’t made aware by Emirates or on Arrival that I could leave the airport for the day & Explore Dubai after Emirates decided to change my flight last minute. I briefly used the lounge to shower so was only there for about and hour and a half. I the since my airport stay was for 16 hours if I could use the remainder of my lounge stay from the evening until my 3:50am flight. They refused to make this accommodation. On email they were quick to respond and when asking for the accomodation they ensure they did not respond until days later. It was a disappointing experience as I didn’t even get too see or enjoy the other lounge facilities or even see or eat the food
