Meet Berber people and learn about their daily life. after a local visit of the souk, we climb a scenic road where we will make some stops for photos and some information about the area and its inhabitants. we follow the reliefs down to the lush green valley of Ourika. arriving in a small authentic village where we will enjoy the feeling of this environment and sit for a traditional Berber lunch with a local family. After we continue along the green valley to visit an aromatic garden specializing in growing Safran “ an optional visit with entry fees, five euros per person” . it is an ideal location to learn about this mythical spice and its culinary uses. Taste a cup of tea prepared carefully with aromatic plants including Safran and leave the garden to set off back to Marrakech.
