- MELBOURNE ARRIVAL PROCEDURE:
- When you arrive and have collected your luggage please proceed to the Con-X-ion Meeting Point. Passengers arriving at both domestic and international terminals are to meet at T2: International Arrival Area.
- Please wait at the designated meeting point for our representative who will be holding either a Con-X-ion sign or a sign with the travel agent’s logo. Your service will be provided by buses labelled with Con-X-ion and/or Starbus insignia.
- If you have difficulties locating the meeting point, please call the Meet & Greet representative directly at +61 438 596 656 (If you do not have a mobile phone; please utilise the free advertising board phones at T2: International Arrival Area - Information Centre Counter).
- MELBOURNE DEPARTURE PROCEDURE:
- Your service should arrive during the 20-minute window outlined in your confirmation. You must be ready and waiting for the entirety of your pick-up window.
- If you miss your allocated service, please contact Con-x-ion directly at 1300 910 943 (Australian) or +61 7 5556 9888 (international) ASAP. Ask your hotel/concierge if you require assistance.
- Please ensure your mobile is switched on in case we need to contact you.
- Passengers that are not found may not be eligible for refund or reimbursement.
- Do not depart in a taxi without making contact with Con-x-ion first.
- Your service will be provided by buses labelled with Con-X-ion and/or Starbus insignia.
- Infants under one travel free sitting on parents/carers laps.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Upon booking, the provider will note your flight arrival time and confirm an appropriate bus pick up time.

The CXN/VHA team were prompt in touching base with me both on the eve of departure, as well as, after I had arrived in Melbourne. Instructions to head to the pickup point were easy to follow and Mr. Clive, the gentleman who picked me up, was friendly and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend this service for travelers coming into Melbourne.
There was clear instruction before landing. I knew when and where to meet the driver. Mark is a professional and friendly. He helped me to carry the luggages. It was a happy experience.
No one was there in the airport to receive us and we paid the taxi additionally to get to the hotel
Worst ever……met a driver he told that bus to city stop by 3pm. Why was anyone contact me before so I don’t have to busy find the bus you do have my email. In Melbourne also fail to find the bus. Will not trust your company anymore.
